History : Following the success of the RX-1, the Cervotron corporation engineers faced a daunting task in creating a successor to the Gnat.  Following a complete re-design of the often copied RX-1, the Stormguard was born.  

Aside from being larger and more powerful than the Gnat, this medium weight combat unit features significant improvements in its armor and shielding. In addition it has a extra secondary weapon mount.
